Creative Connections for Adults w/ IDD (6 session series)

Service Description

This is a discounted price for registering for 6 sessions. Please let us know which six dates you plan to attend. Join us each Tuesday from 10:00 AM–12:00 PM for a welcoming and creative art club designed for adults ages 21+ with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). Every week we'll explore a different hands-on art or craft project in a relaxed, supportive environment. No art experience is needed, and all supplies are included—just bring your creativity and a willingness to have fun! If a participant requires physical or emotional support during class, we kindly ask that a caregiver, family member, or friend remain on-site to provide assistance. Register for individual sessions or save by signing up for 6 or more fall sessions. Projects we will be working on include block printing, collage, glass etching, screen printing, shadow boxes, decoupage, mosaics, beaded projects, embossing, and more. At Horizons Creative Studio, we believe creativity is for everyone. We are committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and encouraging space where participants can build confidence, express themselves, and enjoy meaningful social connections through art.
