Beginner Machine Sewing: Apron Workshop Learn the basics of machine sewing while creating a practical apron you'll be proud to use! This beginner-friendly class is perfect for anyone new to sewing or looking to build confidence with a sewing machine. Using an easy-to-follow pattern, you'll make your choice of a full apron or a half apron, allowing you to customize your project to fit your style and needs. Along the way, you'll learn essential sewing skills, including reading a simple pattern, cutting fabric, pinning, stitching, and finishing your project. Please bring: A sewing machine (if you have one) 1.5 yards of cotton fabric Matching thread Don't have a sewing machine? No problem! Please email demetra.horizons@gmail.com before class so we can reserve a studio sewing machine for you to use during the workshop. Basic sewing experience is not required—just bring your supplies and get ready to learn a fun new skill!
